Noelene incorporates the latest technologies into classrooms and is committed to developing 21st Century Learning strategies for numerous schools in the state. She is currently committed to working with schools in designing new innovative pedagogies.

Noelene is often asked to present at Staff Development Days in schools throughout NSW and ICT based conferences in Australia and NZ.

Noelene's area of expertise is using new technologies within Australian secondary classrooms. Much research is dedicated to using Minecraft and Social Media in a learning environment which are amongst the most referenced papers in the areas of ICT, gamification and digital pedagogies. She is also highly recognised for her ICT skills and is a Microsoft Innovative Expert Educator, a Global Minecraft Mentor, a Google Certified Educator, an Adobe Campus Leader and an Edmodo Ambassador.
